Properties

  • Stimulating general, physical and mental energizing, especially in case of fatigue or weakness.
  • Tonic and digestive stimulant, promotes good digestion and liver function.
  • Calm and soothe sensitive skin, red or irritated.
  • Disinfectant, it promotes good breathing.

Possible association

  • Broadcast, to bring an invigorating fragrance, associate peppermint with cypress or lemon.
  • To promote proper breathing, post a peppermint mixed with rosemary camphor or lavender.

Use

  • Recommended Use: Oral: 1 drop diluted in a teaspoon of honey, vegetable oil or a neutral tablet, 2 times / day.
  • Uses include distribution, inhalation, massage.
