Properties

  • Decongestant, it promotes good circulation.
  • Antiseptic and healing, it promotes a healthy and regenerated skin.
  • Participates in a smooth digestion.

Possible association

  • For tired legs, rub in with a mixture of 10 drops of patchouli, lemon and geranium diluted in 100 ml of vegetable oil.
  • For a regenerating bath, add water 10 drops of patchouli diluted in Disp'arome.

Use

  • Recommended use: orally, 1 drop diluted in a teaspoon of honey, vegetable oil or a neutral tablet, 2 times a day.
  • Uses include massage, bathing, inhalation, diffusion.
