Indicated in patients with respiratory diseases, this essential oil is mycolytique and antitussive.

Plant of the respiratory system
The odorous inula is an annual plant that blooms in the fall. The genus includes about 90 species Inula.

Posology

External use: apply the essential oil of anointing in local inule fragrant.
Internal use: see your doctor.

Tips

For cough: Mix 2 drops of essential oil inule fragrant essential oil and 2 drops of cypress in vegetable oil hazelnut . Massage the chest and back as crises.
