Properties
Nutmeg essential oil:
- Is a general stimulant, cerebral and circulatory.

- Anti-infectious and anti-spasmodic is.
- Is recommended in case of indigestion accompanied by intestinal infection and diarrhea, digestive atony, spasmodic enterocolitis.
- Is uterotonic and emmenagogue.
- By dermal application is analgesic (rheumatism, pains ...)
- Is recommended for people nervous, anxious, who think all the time and do not get enough sleep.
