Lovage: essential oil detoxifying


Lovage provides an essential oil that consists mainly of monoterpenols, alpha-terpineol torque and terpenyl acetate, and especially for those rare compounds that are phthalides. The root of this plant contains more phthalides but the amount does not determine anything efficiency, especially in aromatherapy.

Properties

The essential oil of lovage:
  • Is the best essential oil referred to draining and detoxifying.
  • Set back many dermatoses, including hyper-pigmented spots (age spots).
  • Has anti-infective properties.
  • At harmonizing virtues.

Trick

To regenerate an outstanding skin (pigmentation inequities) Bioflore advises to mix oil rose hip (70%), the oil nigella (20%), essential oil of lovage (4%) of carrot (2%) of chamomile Matricaria (2%) and Helichrysum (2%).
