Properties

Promotes good digestion and helps support the liver, especially in case of slow digestion or bloating sensation.
Helps maintain vitality and tone, especially in cases of mental or physical fatigue.
Promotes a positive mindset.
Promotes the proper functioning of the urinary tract of the mature man.
In cooking, to flavor dishes and sauces.

Possible association

In massage, dilute 20 drops basil linalol, 20 drops of peppermint and / or 20 drops of fennel in 100 ml of neutral vegetable oil.

Use

Recommended use: orally, 1 drop diluted in a teaspoon of honey or vegetable oil or a neutral tablet, 2 to 3 times daily.
Uses include massage, compresses and inhalation.
