The lemon grass are tall grasses that grow in the tropics.
They are very used to flavor traditional dishes in India and Thailand.

Properties

Dr. Valnet has selected a rich variety of Lemongrass in citronellal ("Java type"), known for its repellent properties against insects but also soothing and relaxing.

Composition

Cymbopogon nardus, essential oil 100% pure and natural.

  • Distilled part: Leaves
  • Chemotype: citronellal, geraniol
  • Distillation: vapor low pressure water
  • Origin: Brazil
  • Efficiency:> 140 kg per 1 kg of essential oil

This essential oil is produced according to a strict quality charter identifying the species used, the origin, part of the plant, the extraction process as well as key assets.

Special precautions

  • Dr. Valnet warned against blends of essential oils that anarchic may cause interactions going against the desired effect.
  • Essential oils should be kept out of reach of children as these are highly concentrated products that can be dangerous if misused.
  • Pregnant or breastfeeding women and children up to 30 months are required to comply with the medical advice.
  • People with allergies or epilepsy should seek medical advice before using essential oils.
  • All essential oils are irritating to the eyes, so avoid contact around the eyes.
  • The essential oils of cinnamon, clove nail, green oregano, winter savory, thyme thymol should never be applied neat to the skin.
  • In case of excessive absorption of one or more essential oils, contact the nearest poison control center.
  • Do not pour or spray the essential oils over a flame.
