Disinfectant, lemon zest essential oil can be used against pimples, fatigue, but also against depression, and even for cleaning.

A full zest

Originally from India and cultivated in the South of Europe and in California, lemon is one of the most useful fruits in natural medicine as its properties are numerous. As with all citrus fruits, its essential oil is obtained by cold expression of the outer part of the peel of the fruit.

Because the lemon essence is taken from the zest of the fruit, always prefer organic quality. You will be sure that gasoline contains nothing other than its own constituents. Like all citrus essences, lemon essence may have a certain opacity, even a slight deposit, which in no way affects its quality.

The lemon essence gives off a fresh, light, penetrating aroma.

The advice of the Aromatherapist, André Bitsas (extracts from his book "Aromatherapy Body and Soul" , Editions Amyris):
" Lemon essence stimulates the natural defenses. It gently drains the liver, thins the blood, tones the arteries .
For these applications, oral intake is all the more recommended as the taste of organic lemon essence is rather pleasant: 2 drops, 3 times a day can be swallowed without other support ".
In diffusion, lemon essence is very effective in sanitizing the air in private rooms and communities when germs tend to proliferate.
In affinity with the mental plane, it stimulates and uplifts the mind, counteracts states of mental fatigue and emotional disorder . The essence of lemon has a vigor all its own, able to awaken the inner child who sleeps inside the adult a little too serious.
For these applications, use it as a diffuser, incorporate it into a massage oil or apply it as a pure anointing, avoiding exposure to the sun immediately after.
