Oil of lemon Eucalpytus

Tree native to Australia, Lemon Eucalyptus was transplanted into many other regions, Madagascar, Vietnam in particular.
It is characterized by a whitish color and a trunk brown bark which is removed by winding, and by lanceolate leaves smelling lemon when crushed.

Indication

Distilled part: Leaves
Chemotype: citronellal, citronellol, isopulegol
Extraction: to water vapor
Origin: Madagascar

Use

In herbal tea: 1-2 drops of essential oil in a little honey, all diluted in warm infusion.
In your diet: a few drops and sometimes only one, subtly enough to flavor a salad, a dish of meat or fish, dessert.
