Citrus X paradisi, our common grapefruit, is in fact an hybrid between the grapefruit tree, a fruit tree of Southeast Asia which gives greenish bays, and L soft orange tree.

External way: in massage, diluted in the vegetable oil of hazelnut, on the legs for the problems of muscular tiredness and the cellulitis.
