Properties

  • Calming and relaxing, it promotes a peaceful sleep and helps keep a positive mindset.
  • Healing, she cleans, purifies and calms the skin.
  • Promotes flexibility of muscles and joints.

Possible association

For a relaxing bath, pour in the water 10-15 drops of lavender, previously diluted in Disp'arome.

Use

  • Recommended Use: Oral, 1-2 drops diluted in a teaspoon of honey, vegetable oil or a neutral tablet, 2-3 times / day.
  • Uses include diffusion, massage, compresses, bath.
