Originally from South Africa and Australia, Aborigines used the leaves of Eucalyptus for its many medicinal properties and in particular to heal their wounds. Its properties are very similar to those of eucalyptus globular but its fine, fresh scent is gentler.

The essential oil of eucalyptus disbarred is known for its cleansing and purifying properties.
