Properties
- Astringent and skin tonic, it promotes healing of damaged skin and helps relieve the blues.
- Promotes relaxation and a good night's sleep, especially in case of nervousness.
- Promotes good breathing, especially in case of congestion sensation.
Possible association
For a relaxing bath, add a few drops of rockrose ladanifere previously diluted in Disp'arome in the bath water.
Use
- Recommended Use: massage, pour a neutral vegetable oil in the hollow of the hand, then add 3-5 drops of essential oil of Cistus ladanifere.
- Possible uses: bath, diffusion.
