Properties

Promotes joint flexibility and muscle relaxation - warming action.
Promotes good circulation and thus contributes to the comfort of heavy legs - helps soothe tension.
Tonic and stimulant, it promotes vitality and helps to concentrate.
Promotes good digestion, especially if greasy and heavy meals.

Possible association

In a hot, dilute camphor few drops of rosemary in Disp'arome.

Use

Recommended use: orally, 1 drop diluted in 1 teaspoon honey or vegetable oil or a neutral tablet, 1-3 times a day.
Uses include massage, bath, diffusion, inhalation.
