Indication
- respiratory affections (colds, bronchitides)

Posology
- External way: 2 drops of essential oil of black spruce and 2 drops of vegetable oil of hazelnut, 3 times per day, in oilings on the thorax, the bottom of the back and the articulations.
- Intern sees: consult your doctor.
Tips
If you feel tired as of the rising, to take 2 drops of essential oil of black spruce, 2 drops of essential oil of woodland Pine and 5 drops of vegetable oil of hazelnut and to mass on each zone suprarenal (with the top as of kidneys) the morning.
Special precautions
- disadvised with the children of less than 6 years
- disadvised in the first 3 months of the pregnancy
- possible cutaneous irritation with the pure state
