Bergamot, a cheerful fragrance
The bergamot is close to the bitter orange (sour orange) but its exact origins are uncertain. In the first half of the seventeenth century, its culture spread in Calabria in southern Italy.

Citrus bergamia, essential oil 100% pure and natural.

Special precautions
- Dr. Valnet warned against blends of essential oils that anarchic may cause interactions going against the desired effect.
- Essential oils should be kept out of reach of children as these are highly concentrated products that can be dangerous if misused.
- Pregnant or breastfeeding women and children up to 30 months are required to comply with the medical advice.
- People with allergies or epilepsy should seek medical advice before using essential oils.
- It should avoid exposure to sunlight within 12 hours after ingestion or application of an essential oil of citrus: bergamot, lemon, mandarin, orange, grapefruit. This avoids any risk of photosensitizing effect.
- All essential oils are irritating to the eyes, so avoid contact around the eyes.
- In case of excessive absorption of one or more essential oils, contact the nearest poison control center.
- Do not pour or spray the essential oils over a flame.
