Cedarwood essential oil promotes blood circulation and the elimination of cellulite.

A woody scent


This large tree is found in the Moroccan Atlas, but also in France. To obtain the essential oil, the wood previously reduced to chips is distilled.
Its fine and woody scent invites meditation.
The aroma that emerges is tenacious, dry, woody, sweet.

Advice from André Bitsas (extracts from his book Aromatherapy Body and Soul , Editions Amyris):
" The major property of this essential oil is to be lymphotonic , or stimulant of the lymphatic system. It stimulates arterial circulation. It is effective against water retention problems. It is lipolytic (dissolves fat). The virtues which above make it a key ingredient in reducing cellulite .

The traditional and ancestral respect for cedar, its imposing port and its longevity suggest strength and spiritual upliftment, its ability to sustain life. (…)

Cedar EO is a mixture of restraint and solemnity. Cedarwood essential oil soothes, uplifts the mind and soul, wiping out paralyzing feelings : irritation, anger, fear, anxiety ... It promotes meditative states and all techniques aimed at seeking a dimension escaping ordinary contingencies. You will use it in the bath, in massage, in atmospheric diffusion , avoiding the nebulizer because it tends to be thick. Instead, choose an incense burner, a hot or cold evaporator. "
