A boon for harmonizing body and mind

This beautiful and large umbelliferous of northern Europe appreciate the discrete light and moist soil. The root of the "grass to the angels" was seen, in the past centuries, as an absolute panacea, a bit like that other Asian roots: ginseng. Its essential oil is composed of monoterpenes, esters and coumarins.

Properties

Most umbellifers produce HE "tropism" digestive (exert their action at this level). So Angelica is eupeptic (aids digestion) and carminative. It fights abdominal spasms. Anticoagulant, emmenagogue, it facilitates blood flow. She anxiolytic and fights nervous fatigue. At the cost of more regular use or higher doses, it becomes frankly sedative.

Virtues
