The Energy Elixir contains the following Bach Flowers :
- Centaurée: strengthens the will and makes it possible not to undergo and to mobilize our resources.
- Charm: gives the energy to do in the moment what we pushed back to later.
- Oak: allows not to disperse its energy in vain, but to devote it to this must actually undertake.
- Eglantine: to get out of inertia and disinterest in order to become once again voluntary and active.
- Olivier: helps to find a physical and mental freshness.
