The Elixir Concentration is ideal for the distracted, the dreamers and those who are often absent in their thoughts. This mixture of Bach flowers allows you to scatter less and optimize your memory. It is also recommended when you feel out of touch with material reality for lack of concentration, attention, or vigilance.
Indication
The Elixir Concentration contains the following Bach Flowers :
- Bud of Chestnut: makes us more aware of mistakes so as not to repeat them.
- Charm: helps to get out of a certain intellectual laziness.
- Honeysuckle: brings his attention back to the present moment.
- Clematis: to be in direct contact with reality.
- Eglantine: promotes interest in things, a situation or others.
- Annual Gnavelle: allows you to have more mental resolution. Helps to channel, to focus his attention, not to scatter.
- White chestnut: soothes the mental merry-go-round and the anarchic flow of thoughts.
- Bud of Chestnut: makes us more aware of mistakes so as not to repeat them.

Use
