The bio-solid chamomile flowers of this infusion were hand-picked and gently ventilated with the fork several times a day until completely dry to preserve all of their exceptional natural flavors.

use

Ritual of well-being:
Gently pour the simmering spring water into a cup and let the sachet brew for 5 to 7 minutes to obtain a tasty and beneficial drink. This infusion is consumed hot at any time of the day.

Using advice :
It is advisable to consume 2 to 3 infusions per day.
