A box to learn how to use aromatherapy essences

Lemon, sweet orange, tangerine, bergamot and grapefruit: they are called "essences" rather than "essential oils" because they are obtained by mechanical expression of the zest of the fruit, rather than by steam distillation. Their gourmet and revitalizing fragrances are perfect for spreading and recipes for massage oils. In very small part, they can also be integrated into your cooking recipes to flavor your dishes and desserts.

For each oil, the leaflet summarizes the therapeutic properties recognized and confirmed by tradition and by the most serious aromatherapy treatises. The influence of different fragrances on the psycho-emotional sphere is also discussed to illuminate your choices according to the desired effect.
