Cypress essential oil promotes drainage and circulation in general (Source: "My Bible of essential oils", D. Festy, Leduc S. Editions, 551 p.). It has a rising smell characteristic of turpentine.

use

The recommended daily dose is 1 to 2 drops of Cypress essential oil twice a day in Solubol or in a teaspoon of honey or olive oil (ie 108.3 mg / day).
