Cumin (or nigella) is a plant with extremely thin leaves that gives beautiful blue flowers. Its seeds are used in cooking but have many virtues. Seeds of cumin help in cases of diabetes, hypertension and cholesterol but also help fight against respiratory and digestive diseases.
Externally, it will help in case of skin problems.

use
- Infusion : Infuse 3 to 5 g of cumin seed in 1/2 liter of water for about 10 minutes.
- Maceration (external use): put 5 to 8 g of plants in 1/2 liter of water and keep boiling for 15 minutes. Let stand for 4 to 5 hours in the same water and filter.
