An antimicrobial broad spectrum, the essential oil of China Cinnamon is often a must in the travel kit.

The recommended daily dose is 1 to 2 drops of Chinese Cinnamon essential oil twice daily in Solubol or in a teaspoon of honey or olive oil (ie 131.6 mg / day).
