This tranquilizing travel-style mist is used as a mood scent to help you fall asleep and sleep better, wherever you are. The Sleep Well Mist contains 5 Bach flowers and 6 essential oils that work in synergy to facilitate relaxation and letting go.

  • Lady of Eleven Hour: help with comfort.
  • White chestnut: helps calm the mind.
  • Red chestnut: help with mental tranquility
  • Verbena: brings back calm and tranquility.
  • Aspen: promotes the disappearance of obsessive thoughts

The 6 essential oils with virtues and relaxing scents:
  • Amyris: reduces brain excitement
  • Organic sweet orange: releases tension and promotes good mood
  • Neroli: gives serenity to the mind
  • Little Grain Bigarade: gives a deep relaxation
  • Sleeping: relaxes deeply
  • Magnolia: calm nervousness

use

Spray 5 to 10 times Sleep Mist around you.
Do not spray to the eyes.

Composition

Alcohol denat, water (aqua), fragrance (fragrance), alcohol, aesculus hippocastanum (chestnut bud), bud extract, carnea aesculus (red chestnut), flower extract, ornithogallum umbellatum (star of bethlehem), flower extract, populus tremula (aspen) , verbena officinalis (vervain) flower extract, liminene, linalool, citral, citronellol, benzyl salicylate, farnesol, geraniol.

Conditioning

Agréable dans la chambre à coucher. Je vaporise sur l'oreiller et dans l'atmosphère. Cela met une touche de senteur apaisante.

J'ai acheté ce produit sans y croire pour ma maman de 91 ans. Elle n'a jamais passé une nuit complète. Elle dort 1h30 maximum, puis reste éveillée et ressasse ses pensées jusqu'au levé. La journée, elle tient sur les nerfs comme on dit.
J'ai découvert ce site et le produit par hasard en recherchant un autre produit, et j'ai testé sans y croire. L'odeur est agréable, et après avoir testé quelques jours, il y a un changement spectaculaire.
Le premier jour de test : endormissement plus aidé, nuit sereine, avec réveil toutes les 2 heures, mais, elle arrivait a s'endormir entre les coups.
La journée suivante, elle était sereine et m'a dit qu'elle a passé une très agréable journée,sans stress, plus apaisée, sans les effets secondaires que pourraient avoir des médicaments.
Deuxième jour de test : endormissement facile, et un seul réveil sur la nuit.
Troisième jour de test : couché vers 23h00, endormissement facile, et réveil à 6h00 un vrai miracle pour quelqu'un qui dort à peine.
