Indication

1 sachet = 5 billion lactic ferments:

Bifidobacterium bifidum: 1.6 billion
Lactobacillus acidophilus: 1.8 billion
Lactobacillus rhamnosus: 1.6 billion

Dosage

1 sachet per day preferably 10 minutes before a meal or between meals.
Dilute in half a glass of water, can also be mixed in yogurt or compote.

Composition

Sprouted whole wheat powder *, fermented soybean powder *, germinated whole wheat spelled powder *, concentrated orange juice *, concentrated apple juice *, concentrated apricot juice *, concentrated carrot juice *, concentrated juice of lemon *, agave powder * naturally containing inulin, inactivated yeast *. Lactic ferments: Bifidobacterium bifidum, Lactobacillus acidophilus, Lactobacillus rhamnosus.
