Use
- Sprinkle alum powder your feet before putting on socks and shoes. It is ideal for hikers or ballerinas that is worn barefoot summer.
- Practice a foot bath once a week, mixing alum powder 50g in a good warm bowl of water. Let them soak twenty minutes, then dry them properly.
