Basil is a plant with fragrant leaves native to India where it was long considered a sacred plant. Today, basil is an essential ingredient of Midi cuisine.

use

  • Infusion : Infuse 3 to 5 g of Basil in 1/2 liter of water for about 10 minutes.
  • Maceration (external use): put 5 to 8 g of plants in 1/2 liter of water and keep boiling for 15 minutes. Let stand for 4 to 5 hours in the same water and filter.
