Seeds of organic Badiane
Badiane (also called "star anise" or "star anise") is a small tree that is found in China and Vietnam and whose fruit, once dried, looks like a star composed of 5 to 10 branches.
The star anise helps relieve digestive disorders (mild cramps, flatulence, bloating) as well as inflammatory conditions of the respiratory tract (eg cough). It is used very simply as an infusion. (Source: " My Bible of phytotherapy ", S. Lacoste, Editions Leduc.S, 647 pages).

use
- Infusion : Infuse 3 to 5 g of seeds of Badiane in 1/2 liter of water for about 10 minutes.
- Maceration (external use): put 5 to 8 g of plants in 1/2 liter of water and keep boiling for 15 minutes. Let stand for 4 to 5 hours in the same water and filter.
