Use

Put 4-8 drops directly on the tongue or pour them into a glass of water.Repeat taking four times per day.Best to take the drops still the same times: in the morning at sunrise, noon, evening and bedtime.
Bach Flowers are very well tolerated. Overdosing is not possible.It has so far found no side effects or interaction with other preparations or natural therapies or conventional medicine.

Si je me suis servie de certaines fleurs de bach (qui se révèlent efficaces dans mon cas) je ne les ai pas toutes utilisées, c'est trop récent. A voir à l'usage. Mais l'idée première est plutôt positive.
