Sweet Chestnut (n°30), 20 ml

Sweet Chestnut is addressed to the tearing anguish described by Dr. Bach as “the total despair of those which feel that they reached the limit of their endurance”. It can be a question of a major sorrow, and the people who suffer from it have the feeling to be practically destroyed. This abatement is accompanied by a feeling by loneliness and impression which the future is dark and without hope.
These people, without being suicidal, can feel at the edge of the nervous breakdown and have sometimes the impression that God gave up them.
This anguish can appear following a mourning, or after many courageously endured difficult years and without complaining.
The positive potential of Sweet Chestnut is the relief of the suffering, despair and the abatement. The external circumstances, which inevitably did not change, can now be faced calmly, and the mind at ease. To find or find the Faith, and a feeling to be internally constant, can contribute to this change.

Have a varied and balanced diet at the same time. Keep out of young children. For all the family. Keep away from fire and light.

Dilute two drops in water glass and drink it with regular intervals. Repeat if necessary.
For a combined use, add two drops of each selected Flower (max. seven) in a bottle to mixture of 30ml, fill it with mineral water and take four drops of the mixture at least four times per day.
If necessary, the Flowers of Original Bach can be directly versed on the language or rubbed on the lips, behind the ears or on the temples and wrists.
You can use the Flowers of Original Bach as often as wish it to you. If you are disturbed, it may be that only one amount is sufficient. If your state is persistent, you can use the Flowers as a long time as you need some.
