Composition

  • Watery infusion of heather flowers 1/250
  • Organic Cognac
  • Spring water

Dosage

Choose one or more floral essences according to your emotional state:
  • 3 to 4 drops in a glass of water or directly under the tongue, 4 times a day, before meals and in the evening before going to bed.
  • Another possibility: 9 drops in a small bottle of water and drink it during the day.
  • Duration: punctually, or over several weeks or months for a background treatment. In case of a crisis, increase the doses to one take every quarter of an hour.
