Elm (n°11), 20 ml

The state to be negative of Elm is usually provisional, when people equipped with capacities above the average lose confidence in them temporarily and discourage themselves. Normally able and serious, the type corresponding to Elm makes a good director and often holds a position with responsibilities being interested in the wellness for others, for example doctor, teacher, therapeutist, director of industry, or, more generally, practices a liberal profession.
Elm is advised when these people usually qualified feel suddenly crushed under the weight of their responsibilities, incompetents to cope with it or to be worthy of the situation. The cause often comes owing to the fact that they accept too much work. Consequently, they feel depressed and exhausted. It is enough that they doubt their own capacities temporarily to feel weakened and demoralized.
The positive potential of Elm is the return of the natural insurance of the person, the effectiveness and the self-confidence. The problems are seen in their context and the person agrees to undertake only what it can assume, while knowing better to put its limits.

Have a varied and balanced diet at the same time. Keep out of reach of young children. For all the family. Keep away from fire and light.

Dilute two drops in water glass and drink it with regular intervals. Repeat if necessary.
For a combined use, add two drops of each selected Flower (max. seven) in a bottle to mixture of 30ml, fill it with mineral water and take four drops of the mixture at least four times per day.
If necessary, the Flowers of Original Bach can be directly versed on the language or rubbed on the lips, behind the ears or on the temples and wrists.
You can use the Flowers of Original Bach as often as wish it to you. If you are disturbed, it may be that only one amount is sufficient. If your state is persistent, you can use the Flowers as a long time as you need some.
