For Bach Flower Herbal Tea Attention and clear ideas , Salus has carefully selected different plants and combined them with floral elixirs of wild oats, mimulas, chestnut buds, alene, clematis and impatiens.

use

Drink 2 to 3 cups a day.
Pour 200 ml of boiling water over the filter bag and let it steep for 8 minutes. Then remove the bag.
