This infusion contains the following Bach Flowers
  • Elm
  • Hélianthème
  • Impatient
  • White Chestnut
  • Aspen

Use

Drink 2-3 cups per day.
Pour 200ml of boiling water over the bag and steep for 8 minutes, then remove the bag.

Melissa leaf (Melissa officinalis offi) *, false fruit rose hips (Rosa canina) *, blackberry leaf (Rubus fruticosus) *, apple fruit (Malus domestica) *, aerial part of yarrow (Achillea millefolium) * , aerial part of passionflower (Passifl ora edulis) *, chamomile flower (Matricaria chamomilla) *, linden leaf (Tilia cordata) *, eucalyptus leaf (Eucalyptus globulus) *, hibiscus flower (Hibiscus sabdariffa), * lavender flowering tops (Lavandula angustifolia) *, mixture of Bach flowers * (elm, rock rose, impatiens, white chestnut, aspen).

Je n'aime pas trop le gout et je ne peux dire si elles sont efficaces car je n'en utilise que ponctuellement
