This mixture is composed of five Bach flowers that help you calm the tumult of your thoughts and promote relaxation to find a deep and restful sleep. Gradually, the tensions disappear to allow the rest of the body and mind.
Posology
Take 3 drops in a glass of water, twice daily. Renew during the day if necessary.
Composition
Brandy * 27% vol, aqueous plant extracts * 0.5%. Bethlehem star, chestnut white, red chestnut, aspen, verbena.
