Use
Sea Band Wear a bracelet each wrist.
The white ball is pressed against the skin, on the Nei Kuan point of each wrist.
To find the Nei Kuan: turn the palm up, place three fingers of the other hand (index, middle, ring) on the forearm, the ring against the first bend of the wrist. Nei Kuan point is under the lip of the index between the two flexor tendons of the hand.
It is advisable to position the bracelets before the trip and wear them throughout the course to a better result.
