Azadirachta indica (Active ingredient)

Neem (or Margousier) is a tree of India used since forever in many remedies of Ayurvedic medicine. As a fungicide and insecticide, Neem is used by farmers to protect crops, but its benefits are also very useful for animals (eg, fleas) and humans. The disinfecting properties of neem make it an excellent anti-tartar ally in toothpastes. In cosmetics, Neem oil regenerates, restructures and soothes the skin.
