Ladrôme Arti'Relax massage oil formulated with essential oils with heating and soothing properties, promotes muscle preparation and recovery in athletes.

Properties

Wintergreen essential oil is considered one of the best muscle and joint pain relievers. Very popular with athletes, this essential oil almost immediately soothes cramps, contractures and aches.
Lemon eucalyptus essential oil is very effective in relieving joint pain (arthritis, tendonitis ...) and muscle (cramps, contractures, tired muscles ...)
The essential oil of rosemary with camphor is one of the powerful remedies to help fight pain and inflammation (cramps, contracture, athletic effort ...)
The essential oil of noble laurel effectively relieves joint pain thanks to its anti-inflammatory properties.
Lavandin essential oil is rich in active ingredients that help fight inflammation. It is also a powerful muscle relaxant.

Use

Before exercise : use Arti'Relax massage oil in tonic rubs to stimulate and heat the application areas.

After the effort : perform a more targeted massage to promote relaxation and relaxation of the massaged area.

Repeat the application 1 to 2 times a day

Special precautions

J'ai une grosse tendinite de l'épaule avec fissure du tendon et bursite , Arti'Relax me soulage très bien .Je l'utilise avant et après les efforts . J'adore son odeur . Je recommande fortement . Merci .
