Gluten-free and milk-free, these delicious "cookie" type cookies offer a crispy texture before melting in your mouth. A real treat!

Made in France, Almond and Souchet shortbread are a source of fiber. Nutgrass is a tuber with a mild flavor, appreciated for its nutritional richness, its fiber content and its naturally gluten-free composition.
