Properties

Sage has multiple properties.

Female hormonal balance:
It is useful for excessive sweating due to hot flashes during pre-menopause or menopause; it is also recognized for improving the comfort women during menstruation.

Digestion:
Sage aids digestion and promotes digestive well being.

Respiratory tracts :
Sage preserves and cleanses the throat and airways.

Use

Pour 200 ml of boiling water on the filter bag and let steep for 5-10 minutes. Then remove the bag.

Composition

Organic sage leaves.

Special precautions

Keep dry, cool and dark place.

Une de mes addictions, le goût est suave et ennuvrant; seul bémol la marque n elballe pas ses sachets donc la saveur s estompe avec le temps.
