Properties

The nettle leaf is depurative, draining and remineralizing.

Nettle is traditionally used to improve comfort heavy legs.

From 4 sachets a day nettle herbal tea also helps to relieve sensitive joints

Use

Pour 200 ml of boiling water on the filter bag and let steep for 5-10 minutes. Then remove the bag.

Composition

Organic nettle leaves.

Keep dry, cool and dark place.
