An exceptional green tea


This "Dragon Well" green tea is produced near the shores of the famous lake in Hangzhou, China. Little theine, it is distinguished by its emerald color and its smooth and flat leaves. Its flavor is reminiscent of chestnuts, its intense and fresh scent make it a wonderful tea.

Indication

Pioneer of organic tea when it was created in 1994, Les Jardins de Gaïa is today a benchmark for excellent organic teas and herbal teas, which are aimed at both novices and connoisseurs. Most of the products come from fair trade and, for some, biodynamic. The compositions of the Jardins de Gaïa are all handcrafted in Alsace.

Use

  • Water temperature: 75 ° C.
  • Infusion time: 3 minutes.
  • To prepare preferably in: a porcelain teapot to appreciate the freshness of the tea, thanks to the neutrality of the walls. Used for both plain and flavored teas.
