Posology
Choose one or several flower essences according to your emotional state:
- 3-4 granules in a glass of water or directly under the language, this 4 times per day, before meals and at night before bed.
- Duration: punctually, on several weeks or several months for a thorough treatment. In case of crisis, increase the doses until every quarter of an hour.

Flacon peu pratique pour des granules. Aucun effet du produit sur moi, mais je voulais faire un test car les fleurs de bach en gouttes ne me font pas d'effet non plus.

Ma soeur m'a offert ce produit (en version classique dans l'alcool) il y a quelques semaines et les effets m'ont vraiment épatés, je ne pensais vraiment pas que cela pouvait ainsi agir sur le caractère. c'est pourquoi j'ai commandé ici le même produit en version granule pour mon petit garçon de 6 ans.
