Indication

Mixed dosage to be gentle and soothing.
Ideal for women who are breastfeeding.

Trick

  • Dosage for 1 liter of infusion: 2 to 4 teaspoons
  • Heat the water to 95 ° C
  • Brewing time: 8-10 minutes
  • Can be kept in a thermo

Preparation: 
 Pour the water at a good temperature, let infuse, remove the filter and stir to homogenize the infusion.
Let rest a few moments before serving, the aromas will be all the more subtle.
The infusion is strongly influenced by the quality of the water: non-chlorinated fresh water is recommended.
