The essential oil of Scots pine Bioflore purifies the air and facilitates the breathing. In inhalation, it facilitates the decongestion of the ENT sphere.

Disinfectant and decongestant

properties

Scots pine HE is oxygenating, balsamic, fluidifying bronchial secretions: friction or massage, atmospheric diffusion, inhalation. It purifies the air and sanitizes it. This woody HE is perfect for the sauna; in addition to its respiratory virtues, it promotes in this way the elimination of toxins through the skin. It is "hormon-like", able to stimulate the adrenal cortex when one feels a pump stroke or a feeling of emptiness in the kidneys: it rubs then at the level of the adrenal glands. In the same way, it is interesting to fight at a distance the inflammatory and allergic phenomena. Locally, it relieves joint pain.

Dosage

  • External: 3 drops of Scotch pine HE and 5 drops of hazelnut vegetable oil , 3 times a day, on the body area opposite the target organ to be treated.
  • Internal: consult your doctor.

Trick

On a daily basis, decongest the ENT sphere (nose-throat-ears) by adding 3 drops of Scotch pine HE, 3 drops of Ravintsara HE and 2 drops of Peppermint HE in an inhaler, to make an inhalation for 5 to 10 minutes, protecting your eyes.

  • external route possible diluted in a vegetable oil of sesame, hazelnut, ...
  • not recommended for children under 6 years
  • not recommended in the first 3 months of pregnancy
  • skin irritation possible in a pure state
