- For a firm texture : mix 35 g of powders (2 cs) with 70 ml of liquid (vegetable drink, water or milk), preferably warmed, then allow to swell for a few moments.
- For a softer texture : mix 35 g of powder (2 tablespoons) with 120 ml of liquid, preferably warm, then let it swell for a few moments.

etant vegetarien je suis satisfait d'avoir enfin ce genre de produit difficile à trouver dans certains magins "Bio" emballage n'est pas gênant par contre le prix est élevé peut-être la crise du blé...
