use
Take 1 capsule at dinner and 2 capsules at bedtime, with a large glass of water (3 capsules per day).

Extract of aerial parts of eschscholtzia (405 mg) (maltodextrin), extract of valerian roots (315 mg) (maltodextrin), lithothamne, tunica of marine origin: fish gelatin, anti-caking agent: silicon dioxide (nano), oils Organic chemotyped essences of bigarade petitgrain peel (75 mg), lavender (75 mg), mandarin peel (37.50 mg), anti-caking agent: magnesium stearate.
