Sleep & Go contains 4 concentrated extracts of plants (lemon balm, eschscholtzia, hops, passionflower) with effective dosage that provide a good and healthy nocturnal rest to wake up in the morning in top form.
Dosage
Take 1 tablet of Sleep & Go at night with water and 1 to 2 tablets 1/2 hour before going to sleep.

Composition
Bulking agent: microcrystalline cellulose; dried extracts of: lemon balm (Melissa o cinalis L. - 600 mg / 3 comp.), eschscholtzia (Eschscholzia californica Cham - 600 mg / 3 comp.), hops (Humulus lupulus L. - 600 mg / 3 comp.), passi (Passi ora incarnata L. - 300 mg / 3 comp.), maltodextrin; anti-caking agents: talc, magnesium stearate, silica dioxide; coating agents: hydroxypropyl methylcellulose, hydroxypropylcellulose, sodium carboxymethylcellulose, aluminum-potassium silicate, dextrose, soy lecithin; dye: titanium dioxide.
